AI enablement

AI that works for the task and the people

An AI idea needs a useful task. A tool that gives inconsistent results needs investigation. I help define what to improve, build and refine tools around real work, and establish the information and understanding people need to use them.

Let’s explore your challenge
KnowledgePeopleToolsEveryday use

When this can help

  • An AI opportunity needs a practical approach
  • A tool gives results you cannot yet rely on
  • People need a useful way to bring AI into their work
01

Strategy & integration

Start with the work you want to improve

What this can produce

A use case grounded in the task

  • Criteria for useful performance
  • An integration plan and human responsibilities

We examine the work with the people doing it: where effort accumulates, how a change would affect related programs, and which decisions belong with people. That defines where AI could fit and how to evaluate effort, quality, and review needs.

02

Tool development

Build, test, and refine the capability

What this can produce

Tools evaluated against real work

  • Working tools or agents and demonstrations
  • Evaluation findings and refinement recommendations

I build and refine tools or agents around the intended result, testing how they receive information, follow instructions, and produce output. When a result falls short, I trace the issue through the source material, instructions, tool behavior, and workflow to guide the next change.

03

Knowledge readiness

Give the tool information it can use

What this can produce

Knowledge that people and tools can use

  • Tested information structures and templates
  • Authoring guidance and maintenance responsibilities

Information that makes sense to an experienced person may leave a tool without context. I investigate how the tool interprets the source, adjust its structure and guidance with your team, and test the changes. The knowledge must also remain usable by the people creating and reviewing it.

04

Understanding & adoption

Help people make informed use of the capability

What this can produce

Understanding and support for everyday use

  • Foundational AI training and practical demonstrations
  • First-use guidance, review steps, and support resources

People need different starting points with AI. I develop foundational training and practical demonstrations that connect the concepts—including how tools use retrieved source information—to their tasks. First-use guidance and support help people understand the tool’s limits and review its output. Their feedback informs the guidance and further development.

Working together

A clear role in the work.

I can own a capability, information, or adoption challenge, or connect strategy, development, integration, and user support across programs. We agree on the work to improve and how to assess useful performance.
